• Chromosome condenses.

• Nuclear membrane disintegrates

• Organelles like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, golgi apparatus disappears.

Telophase-

• Chromosome decondenses

• Nuclear membrane again gets formed

• Organelles reappear.
