What is the difference between manuscripts and novels?


The difference between manuscripts and novels are as follows-

i. A manuscript is an unpublished draft works whereas novels is a published work in book format.


ii. Novels are widely circulated and mostly read by many people due to its print form. On the other hand, manuscripts are hand-written and its circulation is limited to few audiences.


iii. Manuscripts could not satisfy the increasing demand of population as it was expensive and restricted to the upper aristocratic class of the society. While novels can be affordable to all the classes of society.
