Step 1: Draw a line segment PR of 4 cm

Step 2: With P as centre draw an arc of 5.4 cm.

Step 3: With 4.6 cm as radius cut the arc drawn in step 2 and that point of intersection is Q. Join PQ and QR.

Step 4: Draw another arc from P with 3.5 cm radius on opposite side of PR.

Step 5: From R take 4.3 cm as radius and cut the arc drawn in step 4 and the point of intersection is S. Now join PS and RS.

PQRS is the required quadrilateral.
