2. Mark a point P, 7 cm far from point O. Draw OP.
3. Draw a perpendicular bisector of OP. The bisector cuts OP at C.
4. Taking C as center and radius equal to length OC or CP, draw a circle.
5. Both circles intersect at points A and B.
6. Join AP and BP. Then AP and BP are the required tangents.
