Why should the use of cattle cake as fuel be discouraged? (CBSE 2016)

The use of cattle dung cakes is discouraged because it consumes the most valuable manure which could be used in agriculture.

NOTE – Cattle dung cake contains high amount of valuable manure which is essential for healthy plant growth.
