In 2018 deposits of platinum were found in the northeastern part of Assam. It is extensively used in jewelry and the manufacture of cars, trucks, and buses. GOLD IN RAJASTHAN

Deposits of gold were discovered in the cities of Banwara and Udaipur in Rajasthan in 2018. The primary use of gold is to make jewelry.
