Write a note on the dressing of ore in metallurgy?

Ores that we obtain from the mines in the raw form are not very much pure and is usually contaminated with a very huge amount of impurities such as soil, sand, gravel etc.

Dressing of ore in metallurgy refers to a process in which we get rid of as much a possible of the unwanted rocky material already present in it.
