If it is 8 a.m. in India, what is the time in Greenwich?

India is five and a half hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time. So if it is 8 a.m. in India, then it would be 2:30 p.m. in Greenwich which is calculated by adding five and a half hour to Greenwich Mean Time.
