(a) The word before ‘play’ is ‘has’ which indicates past tense. Therefore, the next word should also be in past tense.


(b) The sentence says that he has played for more than 20 years so while referring to the country the use of ‘in’ is more appropriate than ‘on’.


(c) The error here lies in ‘games’. Since the word before is ‘the’ so it should be ‘game’ and not ‘games’.


(d) The correct form of the word ‘know’ that should be used here is ‘known’ because he is already well-known and we are referring to it.


(e) We want to say that he has skills both in batting ‘and’ fielding and not talking about any one of them.
