1. Why do you think you should cover your head with one hand and hold the table with the other during and earthquake?


2. During an earthquake, why should we exit through staircase and not use elevators?


3. Suppose you are in a room of a strong building without any furniture when and earthquake occurs. What would you do to protect yourself from the earthquake?


4. Reason out why you should stay away from buildings with glass panes during an earthquake.


1. One should cover their head with one hand and hold the table with the other during and earthquake because the table protects you during the earthquake and if anything falls on it you are not harmed. Also Avoid exterior walls, windows, hanging objects, mirrors, tall furniture, large appliances, and kitchen cabinets with heavy objects or glass and Do not go outside.


2. We should not use elevator during an earthquake or a fire. If the power goes out, you could be sitting in that area for longer hours or even days. It is not safe. If the building is collapsing, going down the stairs is better than staying put.


3. If you are in a room of a strong building without any furniture when and earthquake occurs drop to the floor against the interior wall and protect your head and neck with your arms.


4. Due to earthquake vibration happens and due to vibration the glass plains can break and fall on us that's why we should stay away from buildings with glass panes during an earthquake.
