Explain the relationship between greenhouse gases and global warming.

When the greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, methane increases, it traps the heat in the earth's atmosphere, this result in a gradual increase of temperatures of global surface and the earth's atmosphere. The sunlight coming to earth gets returned. However, the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere block them from entering. This lead increases the temperature of the atmosphere and leads to global warming.
