Students of Class XI gave a farewell party to the students of Class XII. Some students who had excelled in their fields were given gifts. Class XII honoured its teachers for their dedication and subject knowledge. As convenor of the function, write a report on it in 150 – 200 words. You are Anupreet/Sukhwinder.

Chance plays a great role in the success of a businessman.

Speaking: against the motion

It is easy and somewhat trendy these days to start up one’s own business. What used to be reserved only for a select few earlier has today become the style of life and work for a greater part of the population. Business requires specific skills and qualities, and there are a number of factors that determine the success of an individual, and chance isn’t one of them.

Successful businessmen do a lot of things differently when compared to those who are not very successful at it, and this includes to a certain extent proper analysis and far-sightedness derived from the conclusions of these researches and studies that foster success in the long run. A successful businessman believes equally in the power of hard work and smart work. He knows how best to utilise his resources to their best potential. What matters most to him is profit, and the ways of maximizing it. This he gains only in two ways – either through experience of being in the field for a considerably long time to understand the market or through extensive knowledge and expertise after mastering the subject or subjects that he is training in. There is some space for chance and luck, without a doubt, but it comes nowhere when compared to self-belief, knowledge and patience.

Report on the Farewell Party of Class XII Batch of 2019

This Friday, the 23rd of August, 2019, a farewell party was hosted for the batch of 2019, that is to graduate out of school this year. The event was a joyous as well as an emotional one for many students and teachers alike. The Class XI batch hosted the party for their seniors, and many teachers who have taught them were invited to grace the occasion.

Several students of the Class XII batch were handed prizes and gifts for their excellent performance in fields like academics, sports, extra-curriculars and inter-school competitions. They were also handed mementos as a token of memory for their times in the school. The teachers were cordially invited and honoured for their tremendous role in shaping the life and growth of students for such a long time and how! They were celebrated for their knowledge and dedication towards making school life a memorable and rewarding time for us students. Several students shed tears in the name of friendships and bonds that they made and grew all these years. It was a successful and memorable event for us all, and we sincerely wish our seniors the very best for their life ahead.
