A garden has 2000 trees. 12% of these are mango trees 18% lemon and the rest are orange trees. Find the number of orange trees.

Given,


Total number of trees = 2000


Number of mango trees =


Number of lemon trees =


Hence,


Number of orange trees = 2000 – (no.of mango trees+ no. of lemon trees)


= 2000 – (240+360)


= 2000 – 600 = 1400 trees
