In Tamil Nadu, 75% people are living in rural areas and they use ration shop, whereas in Jharkhand only 8% of rural people are living there use a grocery store, so clearly we can see that people are doing better in Tamil Nadu as there are 75% of people are being provided the facilities by the Public Distribution System. And on the second hand people of Jharkhand are not in good condition.
