Q3 of 54 Page 165

If 35 men can reap a field in 8 days, in how many days can 20 men reap the same field?

More the number of men, lesser the days required. So, it is an inverse proportion.

Let the required no. of days be x.

⇒ 35 × 8 = 20 × x

⇒ x = = 14 days
