From the points given in the question, we have

Points B (2, 0) and D (6, 0) have their ordinates = 0


∴ They lie on the point x-axis


And the point whose ordinate is not equal to zero does not lie on the x-axis


∴ Points A, C, E and F do not lie on the x –axis
