What are the qualities of an ideal source of energy ?

An ideal source of energy has the following qualities:

(i) It gives a large amount of energy per unit mass.


(ii) It does not cause any pollution.


(iii) It is easy to store and safe for transportation.


(iv) It is safe to handle and easy to use.


(v) It is cheap and available easily.
