How would you explain the lines

For Mercy has a human heart,


Pity a human face,


And Love, the human form divine,


And Peace, the human dress.

The above line personifies virtues like mercy, pity, love and peace to human beings itself. Through the above lines, poet tries to convey the idea how important is the virtues in human life that will make human life meaningful in earth. A heart with mercy, a face with pity, divine love and if peace were human dress the world will be colorful and life on the earth will be more convenient to human.
