(c) during the cold war when the world was divided into two fronts India along with some nations proposed a movement called Non-Aligned Movement that resisted joining any front, it opposed colonialism, imperialism. It motivated less developed nations to come together and gave confidence to these countries to stand with dignity in international politics.
