In the above question, curved surface area of A is ________ curved surface of B.

For cylinder A, h = 10cm and r = cm


Curved surface area of A = 2πrh = 2π × × 10 = 200cm2


Again , for cylinder B, r = cm and h = 20cm


Curved surface area of B = 2πrh = 2π × × 20 = 200cm2


Hence the curved surface area of both the cylinder are same.
