What do you mean by hunger pangs? (AS1)

When the glucose levels are low in the body, the body starts releasing many proteins, which also includes a Ghrelin that is secreted when the stomach is empty. Hunger pangs are the contractions in the stomach caused due to the hunger generating signals that reach the brain due to secretion of Ghrelin.
