Explain why we are not able to hear the explosions taking place in the sun.

We know that the propagation of sound requires a material medium for its propagation. And we also know that there is no continuous material medium between sun and earth. Hence sound cannot travel from sun to earth. That’s why we are not able to hear the explosions taking place in the sun.
