Least number which when divided by 3, 4 and 5 leaves remainder 0 in each case = LCM of 3, 4 and 5


3 = 3 × 1


4 = 2 × 2


5 = 5 × 1


LCM = 3 × 2 × 2 × 5 = 60


Hence, the least number which when divided by 3, 4 and 5 leaves remainder 2 in each case = 60 + 2 = 62
