How many cartilages are found in larynx?

Larynx is a small structure that joins laryngopharynx and trachea. 9 cartilages are found in larynx, 3 unpaired (thyroid, circoid and epiglottis) and 3 are paired (arytenoid, cuneiform, and corniculate).
