The silkworm is reared on the leaves of which tree?

A silkworm/ silk-worm-moth/ mulberry silk worm is an insect which produces silk of commercial importance. When the silkworm egg hatches, larva comes out of it which is called caterpillar. The caterpillar/silkworm is reared on the mulberry tree for a better quality of silk.
