A clean environment is a public facility'. Explain this statement.

It is true that a clean environment is a public facility because the environment is for everyone and just a single person doesn’t breathe in the environment.

Example: when the environment gets polluted or to be precise when air pollution increases it harms everyone, the polluted air increases the chances of breathing problem. And it would affect the health of not just one person but the entire population of that region.

Hence government make policies on cleaner, safer and better environment, several programmes are carried out by the government to make the air clean.
