Role of human resources in converting natural resources into valuable products.

1. Human beings are the greatest resource on this planet. We possess the mind and the ability to convert something that is available into something that is of some value to mankind.

2. We understand, research into the available resources and invent technology to utilize them in a beneficial manner.

3. Without us, the conversion of natural resources into things that are of value would not have been possible

4. Human beings have gone to the extent of going one step further and inventing man-made resources as well.
