Concept Used: Coordinates of origin is (0, 0)


Explanation:


A(x, y + 1) = O(0, 0)


Equating the points, we get,


x = 0, y + 1 = 0


x = 0, y = -1


Hence, the values of x and y are 0 and -1 respectively.
