Hazardous waste is a waste that is a potential threat to public health. There are 4 types of hazardous waste:
1. Toxic- poisonous in nature
2. Corrosive - rustic in nature
3. Igniting - flammable in nature
4. Reactive - explosive in nature
For example batteries, paint, pesticides, solvents, etc.
