2. Modern farming has evolved with technology. Irrigation is mainly done through tube wells, sprinklers, and dripping systems.

3. In case of harvesting and storage, modern technology takes measures such as the use of tractors, mechanized equipment for tilling, plowing and harvesting.

4. Similarly with the construction of dry and cold storage buildings protect the harvest from water, insect pests as well as heat.
