What is money flow?

Money flow- Money Flow refers to the flow of money in terms of money and receipts across different sectors of the economy. It is an important component in the circular flow of income model as they are received in the form of factor payments. Examples of money flow is the wages paid or received, interest, rent or profit earned on the factors of production and amount paid for the goods and services purchased.
