What is the shape of the wave front on earth for sunlight?

We know that the sun is at a very large distance from the earth. Assuming that the sun is of spherical shape, it can be considered as a point source situated at infinity. Due to the large distance the radius of wave front can be considered as large (infinity) and hence, wave front is almost plane.
