B) C6H5N2+BF4- when reacted with NaNO2/Cu and heated it gives C6H5NO2(nitrobenzene) and it is reduced to aniline by Sn/HCl. Further B to C is a reaction known as carbylamine reaction. Hence, C is isocyanide benzene.
