Do basic solutions also have H+(aq) ions? If yes, then why are these basic?

The basic solution also has hydrogen ions [H+ (aq) ions]. However, they are basic because the concentration of hydrogen ions in them is less than the concentration of hydroxide ions [OH- ions].
