Dry farming is a type of farming in which moisture is maintained by raising special type of crops.  Wet farming is a type of farming, which depends mainly upon rains.
Crops such as gram and peas are grown. In this type of farming rice, jute and maize are grown.
There is vast dependence on irrigation. There is no irrigation required.
This is practiced in dry areas of the country This type of farming is done in Northeastern parts of India.
