In the following food chain, 100 J of energy is available to the lion. How much energy was available to the producer?

According to 10% law if 100 J of energy is available to lion so

10% of x = 100 J


So x = 1000 J


So energy available to deer is 1000 J


10% of y = 1000 J


Y = 10000 J


Hence energy available to producers i.e. plants in this food chain is 10,000 J.
