What would happen to the life of a cell if there was no Golgi apparatus?

If there was no Golgi apparatus in the cell, the most cell activities performed by the Golgi apparatus will not take place.

(i) The synthesis of lysosomes and peroxisomes will not possible in the cell without Golgi apparatus.

(ii) Formation of complex molecules will not possible

(iii) The formation of cell plate and cell membrane will not take place.
