Production Possibility Frontier or Curve depicts the different possibilities of producing combination of two goods when all the given resources are fully and efficiently utilised and the technology remains constant

The two main characteristics of production possibility frontier are –

• It slopes downward from left to right and

• It is concave to the point of origin
