(b) The poor nations mainly lack the ability to apply technology in the resources. There are many nations that have abundance of resources but are deprived mainly due to lack of technological advancement. This lacking hinders their economic development. To eradicate poverty these nations have to increase the literacy rate and focus on employment generation, removing social backwardness. Only then these countries could keep pace with the advanced nations.

(c) Globalization is free movement or gives and take of resources like Information technology, capital, people, market etc. This has boosted international cooperation world wide by taking the flow of labour , capital etc anywhere in the world.
