(a) Under the parliament of England, the American colonies didn’t have any person to represent them. So when the parliament of England imposed taxes on them, they declared ‘No Representation, No Taxes’.

(b) Montesquieu theory of separation of powers states that ‘the executive, the legislative, and the judiciary should function independent of each other. This will ultimately lead to the separation of power.

(c) Following is the fundamental rights included in the Declaration of Human rights-

1) Human beings should be treated equally.

2) They have the right to life, freedom and to be happy.

3) If the government doesn’t respect the rights of the people than they should be removed from power.
