The value of magnetic field induction which is uniform is 2T. What is the flux passing through a surface of area 1.5m2 perpendicular to the field?

The Flux (Φ) is given by;

Φ = B x A .


B = Magnetic Field Strength


A = Surface area;


In our question B = 2T; A= 1.5m2


∴ Flux = 2 x 1.5;


Flux = 3.


Flux = 3.
