Deduce the relation between wavelength, frequency and speed of sound.

Let ‘λ’ be the wavelength and ‘T’ be the time period. ‘v’ be the speed of sound wave.

Wave travels distance ‘λ’ in time ‘T’. (Because wavelength is the distance travelled by particle during particular time).


WE know that;



(Distance travelled in time ‘T’ = wavelength (λ).)
