Q3 of 28 Page 119

72% of 25 students are good in mathematics. How many are not good in mathematics?

Number of students not good in mathematics = (100 – 72)% of 25

= (28/100) × 25

= (28/25×4) × 25

(because 100 = 25×4)

= (28/4)

= 7
