Q63 of 111 Page 337

State whether the given statements are True or False.

4 × 105 + 3 × 104 + 2 × 103 + 1 × 100 = 432010

Let us add the terms on LHS:

⟹ (4 × 1, 00,000) + (3 × 10,000) + (2 × 1000) + 1

⟹ 4, 00,000 + 30,000 + 2000 + 1

⟹ 4, 32, 001

So LHS is not equal to RHS.

So the statement is false.
