If a sprinter runs a distance of 1000 metres in 9.83 seconds, calculate his average speed in km/h

Total distance travelled=1000m

Total time taken = 9.83 sec

Average speed = Total distance travelled/ Total time taken

=1000/9.83 =101.72m/s

Averge speed in km/h:

101.72 x(3600/1000)=366.2 km/h
