Given: Lateral Surface Area of a Cube = 64cm2

Lateral Surface Area of a Cube = 4a2


So, According to the question


Lateral Surface Area of a Cube = 64 = 4a2


4a2 = 64


a2 = = 16


a = = ± 4 = 4cm (side can’t be negative)
