Heavy vehicles carrying load have large number of wheels is to reduce the pressure on tyres. Pressure is the measure of force acting per unit area. As area which force is exerted will increases, pressure will decreases. This will help in the smooth motion of vehicles and protect the wheels from excess wear and tear.
