Identify some resources which are international in nature.

On the basis of ownership, resources are categorised into the following four types:

i). Individual Resources


ii). Community Owned Resources


iii). National Resources


iv). International Resources


1. The resources which are regulated by the international institutions fall under the category of international resources.


2. These resources are oceanic resources which belong to open ocean and lie beyond 200 nautical miles of the Exclusive Economic Zone.


3. International resources cannot be utilized by any individual country without seeking permission from the concerned international institutions.
