How does the bursting of crackers which contains some phosphorous, sulphur and magnesium along with other chemicals pollute our environment?

Bursting of crackers is highly harmful to both mankind and the environment. Crackers when burst releases a lot of smoke which contains sulphur, magnesium, and other harmful gases. Sulphur on mixing with air produces sulphur dioxide, which ultimately causes acid rain. Hence, it causes water pollution along with air pollution. The toxic gases released causes respiratory disorders in most of the people. Carbon dioxide released due to bursting crackers increases global warming and disturbs the environmental balance. Crackers when burst makes a lot of sounds. Hence, also causes noise pollution.
