Q2 of 18 Page 188

Tasty food is not always nutritious, and nutritious food may not always be tasty to eat. Comment with examples.

It is always suggested that one must take a balanced diet. A balanced diet is something that includes all the nutrient value of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins in of food in a ratio which is good for the overall development of health.

If we run after the tasty food we might get distracted from the path of nutrients because of food that is good in taste might not be as good in nutrient value also.

E.g., fast foods like Burger, pizza, soft drinks, and other packaged food offers you a good taste but 0 nutritional values.

On the other hand, if we see bitter gourd, spinach, green leafy vegetables, and pulses most of us don't like that much, but they provide many of the vitamins and proteins to us.
